Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Own the pre-sales process, from tender response creation, system configuration, solution presentation to final Q&A to customer.
- Conduct bid kick-offs and touch-points to ensure a quality delivery of the final business proposal/ tailored demo system.
- Comprehension and analysis of customer's business requirements and creation of functional/ technical responses and other supporting artefacts.
- Analyse customer use cases/ business requirements and configure company systems for system demonstrations, POCs, customer trainings and system walkthroughs.
- Identify business and operational challenges of the customer (through market research and other insights) and position company products and craft the solution.
- Play a key supporting role in bid/ no-bid decisions making process.
- Liaise with internal teams such as Product Management, Technical, Support, etc, as well as global sales teams in all locations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company products and services with the potential of becoming a product and/ or domain expert.
- Own, create and maintain sales, pre-sales collateral.
- Play a key supporting role in non-core services provided by the pre-sales team. E.g.: Business case creation, product gap analysis, win/loss analysis, market analysis.
Position Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Management.
- Experience as an intern Business Analyst or similar role.
- Outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a highly proactive nature.
- Preferable - experience in tracking client queries/requirements and/ or configuring software products/solutions.
