Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Lead Scrum teams in using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Help the product owners and development teams achieve successful project outcomes and deliverables in accordance with defined benefits while meeting time, cost, and quality.
- Facilitate Scrum events including stand ups and sprint retrospectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders while overseeing the aspects of the development life cycle including budget, quality, risks, hand over to operations, procurement, vendor relations, etc., to ensure a smooth flow.
- Build and maintain information radiators that reflect project performance data (KPIs) and analyzing it enable informed decision making.
- Maintaining the highest levels of transparency among all stakeholders, respecting their needs and identifying business opportunities.
- Experience of managing virtual, distributed teams remotely comprising members from different backgrounds and cultures.
Position Requirements:
- BSc in IT and Management streams. MSc would be an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications PSM, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP or similar.
- 3-5 years of project management experience with at least 2 years of experience in an agile environment.
- Proficiency in agile and waterfall project management methodologies and associated project management tools including Jira and MS Project.
- Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in English and share our common mindset.
