Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in field sales / Business Development (willing to do client visits).
• Outstanding Communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid rider’s license and a motorbike is mandatory.
• Age below 30 years.
• Resides in or around mentioned locations (Kandy (1), Kalutara (1), Galle (2), Matara (1), Colombo (2)).

Responsibilities:

• Achieve the set sales targets and KPIs within the stipulated time frame.
• Carry out relevant tasks set out by the team lead towards achieving goals
• Create / Manage / Nurture / maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous salesgrowth.
• Provide relevant market / competitor feedback on a regular basis to the respective team lead.
• Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective adposting / boosting at the right time.
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethics at all times.
