Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and execution of the annual brand plan that achieves the awareness and equity goals of the brand.
- Formulate and coordinate marketing thematic and tactical campaigns to increase customer footfall, sales revenue and volumes.
- Identify the product marketing gaps and spearhead brand development/product development and extension campaigns that increases revenue and market share.
- Responsible for meeting the annual sales budget of the brand within the allocated A&P.
- Planning and execution of events, promotions and activations in order to meet the set objectives.
- Ability to work with external suppliers, agencies and service providers effectively whilst coordinating with multiple departments and showrooms.
- Work closely with the social media team/agency on upcoming collections and plan the social media and the content marketing campaigns within a set time period.
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing or professional qualification in marketing (CIM/SLIM).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
- Having a sound knowledge on consumer research and identifying consumer insights will be advantageous.
- Experience in working in a CRM driven analytical environment will be an added advantage.
