Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests upon their arrival, check in procedures.
- Assisting guests with day to day enquiries.
- Mastering the dining menus, including understanding ingredients and flavors to engage in meaninful discussions with guests.
- Cocktail production and presentation.
- Exceptional eye for detail and communication skills.
- Food and beverage setup and service.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar boutique set up.
- Education - G.C.E O/L, A/L and any other related qualification
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English Language.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation, presentation and service.
- Thoroughness and strong attention to detail.
- Self motivated, dynamic and ambitious.
