Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing field sales plans based on the product, market plans company differentiating strategy and core competencies.
• Responsible for debt control and management.
• Follow up on-time quotation sending and invoicing to reach on time delivery.
• Follow up on leads and work with after sales services to maximize sales, implement training programs and represent the sales department of company in the country.
• Monitoring after sales support to customers at a time of breakdowns and provide on-time calibration / service.
• Any other duty that is assigned by the management from time to time based on the experience of the business and its development or challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Applied Science, Technological, Science subject streams.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same capacity.
• Hands-on experience in working in export market quality equipment and industrial projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Posses a positive attitude, hardworking, well disciplined and willing to work under pressure.
• Excellent team player with innovative thinking.
• Should have valid riding and driving license.
• Position involves extensive travelling.
