Job Description

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a full-time creative environment (in-house, agency or freelance) as a web designer and developer.
• Proven skills in Webflow and (ideally) relume.
• Strong understanding of SEO, with up-to-date knowledge of keyword rankings and SEO trends.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools (pixels, events, scripts).
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Expertise in technical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in web design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, accessibility, responsive design) and integrating brand guides into websites.
• Extensive understanding of web standards, best practices and security principles.
• Expertise in web development languages like HTML,CSS, JavaScript, JQuery & APIs.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development, focusing on brand and marketing sites.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) to directly work with US clients is a requirement.
