Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented young professional for the post of Department Coordinator & Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing memos, Board Papers and coordinate Board Meetings.
- Internal and External communication and coordination.
- Handling phone calls, schedules, calendar events, and appointments.
- Attending and recording minutes of meetings.
- Timely follow up on meeting minutes with relevant parties of the organization.
- Preparing informative reports and presentations as and when required.
Requirements:
- Recognized qualifications in Secretarial Practice.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Confidential Secretary or Personal Assistant.
- IT Literacy and data analysis skills are must.
- Excel proficiency, along with expertise in MS Office.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent communication skills. (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
- Be a self-driven, target oriented person with sound PR and interpersonal skills.
- Be a good team player and fast learner.
- Age between 35 - 45 years.
