Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Clients, Architects, Interior Designers and Contractors to build key industry connections for growth.
- Exceed sales targets with strategic approaches.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Tendering and documentation management.
- Optimize cash flow and receivables.
- Provide data-driven insights for decision making and align promotions with business goals.
- Lead the team to maximize productivity and achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or a related qualification.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in project and hospitality management.
- Strong connect with Architects, Contractors, decision makers in Projects (Sri Lanka and Maldives Preferred).
- Strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
