Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and sales target by successfully managing the pipeline.
- Explore potential business opportunities with consistent field and customers visit.
- Providing logistics solutions and identify customer needs and wants.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
Requirements:
- CIM or SLIM pass finalist is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years experience in sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in logistics or transport industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiecy in both Sinhala and English is mandatory.
- Should possess exceptionally good negotiation and presentation skills.
