Responsibilities:
- Foster strong client relationships: Collaborate with Clients, Architects, Interior Designers and Contractors to build key industry connections for growth.
- Sales Achievement: Exceed sales targets with strategic approaches.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Documentation & Financial Management: Tendering and Documentation Management, Optimize cash flow and receivables.
- Market Analysis and Marketing Collaboration: Provide data-driven insights for decision making and align promotions with business goals.
- Team-work and collaboration: Collaborate within and outside the team to maximize productivity and achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or a related qualification.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in Bath-ware / Sanitary-ware / Surface sales (preferably in project sales).
- Strong connect with Architects, Contractors, decision makers in Projects (Sri Lanka and Maldives) preferred.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
