Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing field sales plans based on the product, market plans company differentiating strategy and core competencies.
- Address all Market changes in Technology/ Product/ Lifecycle Changes and Customer Needs and Continuously design the processors for selected segments.
- Responsible for pricing strategy and new product introduction/ new value propositions as per product life cycle and market potential analysis.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate sales techniques to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the sector.
- Responsible for Regular Sales Visits of top 20 customers in the country.
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Biotechnology/ Microbiology or Applied Science degree with Molecular Biology subject included.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scientific laboratory.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Posses a positive attitude, Hardworking, well-disciplined, and willing to work under pressure.
- Excellent team player with innovative thinking.
- Should have valid riding and driving license.
- Position involved extensive travelling.
