Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Alcatel-Lucent Voice and Data Support Engineer to support and maintain our voice and data systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Alcatel-Lucent equipment and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Alcatel-Lucent voice (OXE &OXO) and data systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and networks.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of voice and data systems.
- Document all technical procedures and support activities.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Alcatel-Lucent voice and data systems.
- Strong knowledge of Alcatel-Lucent equipment and network protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Alcatel-Lucent Systems Expert/ Alcatel-Lucent Certified Field Expert) are a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
