Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly payroll and coordinating with outsourced payroll company.
- Handling staff promotions and salary increments.
- Execute HR process including recruitment, onboarding and off boarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs.
- Handling employee inquiries, concerns and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in HRM/Business management from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in Excel and word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
