We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Counselor with a strong background in sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to education, and the ability to effectively guide prospective students through the enrollment process. This key role involves offering personalized support, providing information on academic programs, and driving enrollment through strategic sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads via phone and email, providing guidance and ongoing support throughout the enrollment process.
- Conduct interviews with potential students and assess their eligibility for various academic programs and immigration applications.
- Manage the entire application process for student visas, permanent residence applications, visit visas, and other related processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students and colleagues, addressing queries and providing expert guidance as needed.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and meet organizational goals.
- Continually drive improvements within the company by identifying areas of opportunity to enhance operations.
Requirements:
- A mandatory minimum of one year of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in hardcore sales.
- A team player who is also able to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Target-oriented.
- Ability to work full-time, permanently.
- Decision-making ability.
