Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in creating accurate, timely quotes and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, and quote creation, as well as a strong command of English and excellent organizational skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks, maintain accuracy under pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, create, and process quotes using Salesforce and DocuSign.
- Support the sales team by managing daily administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and record maintenance.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and clients to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
- Maintain and update customer information within Salesforce.
- Assist in tracking, following up on, and closing open quotes to meet deadlines and sales goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quote creation and sales support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, DocuSign, and other CRM or quoting tools.
- Strong understanding of basic administrative tasks and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively in a high-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a sales or customer support environment.
- Knowledge of business process improvement and customer relationship management.
