We are seeking an experienced and reliable Outsourced Driver to join the Chief Operating Officer’s Office. The ideal candidate will possess a valid heavy vehicle driving license and demonstrate professionalism and punctuality in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive heavy vehicles, including 14-seater vans and SUVs, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation for executives and staff as required.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing routine inspections and necessary maintenance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Communicate effectively in Sinhala and basic English to interact with passengers and management.
• Be available to work after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends as needed by management.
• Provide proof of credentials and prior driving experience as required.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and reliability in all duties.

Requirements:

• Valid heavy vehicle driving license.
• Minimum of 1 year of driving experience, preferably with similar organizations or companies.
• Strong commitment to safety and punctuality.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and basic English.
• Preference for candidates residing within Colombo and its outskirts.
