Job Description

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems or equivalent qualifications related to the field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with experience in managing clients.
• Prior experience with agile development processes is a must.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications will be highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in project/Agile management tools (JIRA, Redmine, etc.)
• Proficiency in prototyping/wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq to create user-centric designs and flowcharts.
• Understanding of cloud-based product development practices and the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• A strong exposure to project management is expected.
• Must have proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven leadership skills in driving product strategy, motivating teams, and ensuring alignment between business and technology goals.
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis to ensure products are aligned with industry trends and customer demands.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly for industries such as finance or data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful products.
• Experience with business process improvement, including identifying process inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing changes for optimization.
