Requirements:
- Fully or partially qualified in human resources management.
- Minimum one (1) year of previous experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and should be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office package and Labour Laws in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Employee Onboarding: Helping with the onboarding process, including preparing documents, introducing new hires to the team, and ensuring smooth integration.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining employee records, including personal details, performance reviews, attendance, and benefits.
- Payroll Assistance: Assisting in processing payroll, tracking work hours, and ensuring accuracy of compensation data.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Assisting with the enrollment and management of employee benefits, such as health insurance.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Employee Relations: Assisting with resolving employee concerns, grievances, and providing support on workplace matters.
- Performance Management: Assisting in performance appraisals, tracking employee progress, and helping prepare reports.
- HR Reporting: Preparing and maintaining HR reports, including attendance, turnover, and other metrics.
- General Administrative Support: Handling HR correspondence, filing, preparing HR documentation.
