Job Description

Purpose of the Position – Drive Net sales within the assigned territory by maximizing the untapped potential.

Responsibilities:

Ability to manage the distributors/retailers to drive net sales through having effective execution of sales plans.
Ability to manage AR of distributors through managing distributor sales representatives
Ability to conduct marketing activities
Ability to maintain a high relationship with retailers and influencers.

Requirements:

Minimum Education -GCE A/L.
Minimum 02 years’ experience in paint industry.
Product knowledge.
Managing execution.
Selling skills.
Effective communication.
