Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement channel sales plans set by management to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage channel partner relationships by executing programs and driving sales performance.
- Handle partner account management by understanding partner needs, challenges, and goals and proposing tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions and solutions to channel partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to ensure channel partner performance aligns with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Holds qualifications in Sales and Marketing with 2–3 years of proven experience in channel sales or account management in one of the following industries: Wi-Fi and Switching Networks, ELV, CCTV, or Cyber Security.
- Demonstrates a go-getter attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in three languages is an advantage.
- Adaptable and flexible to work in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel outside Colombo is essential.
