Position Summary:
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Meet revenue targets, which will be assessed on a monthly basis.
- Identify current market trends and explore all avenues to attract and onboard new clients.
- Play a proactive role in the marketing-related initiatives to advance the brand.
- Manage the Sales and CRM team to ensure targets are achieved consistently.
- Provide periodic reports on new leads, customer trends and growth opportunities.
- Ensure customer's quality expectations are fulfilled.
- Maintain debtors outstanding balances within the stipulated credit period.
Requirements:
- SCIM or SLIM - passed finalist is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in target-driven sales and marketing.
- Experience in the Logistics / Transport industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in both English and Sinhala is mandatory.
- Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience in marketing / branding - related practices.
