Job Description

This role requires exceptional coordination capabilities, technical acumen, and attention to detail to ensure seamless communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

The successful candidate will handle the entire supply chain process, from initial customer inquiries to final delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Act promptly on customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Prepare and provide quotations with final financial confirmation after coordination with the finance team.
• Work closely with suppliers from Sri Lanka, Indonesia, China, and France.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality procurement of materials.
• Coordinate with the local production team to align production schedules with supplier timelines.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between suppliers, subcontractors, and in-house manufacturing.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipping operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Monitor shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers in export markets.
• Oversee subcontracting processes with local and international partners, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors in Indonesia, China, and Sri Lanka for production requirements.
• Identify opportunities for supply chain efficiency improvements and implement best practices.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of supplier and customer interactions for continuous process refinement.
• Act as the main point of contact for export customers in Saudi Arabia, Malé, Seychelles, and Mauritius.
• Ensure all customer needs are met, from inquiry to post-delivery support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in supply chain management, export operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience in handling international suppliers and logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
• Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and customs processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
