Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain lasting relationships with retail / tenant partners by maintaining effective communication.
- Collect and analyze feedback from retail / tenant partners on their business indices.
- Organize retailer / tenant celebrations and events.
- Organize initial tenant meetings, fit-out/renovation meetings, and mall familiarization sessions as needed and anchor tenant meetings and business review meetings on a monthly basis.
- Address and resolve issues through problem-solving meets as required.
- Collect and analyze monthly sales data for trading density analysis.
- Ensure compliance with mall regulations and maintain uniformity.
- Update the retailer/tenant database regularly to track hierarchy changes.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for retailer / tenant participation in mall events.
- Conduct research to understand retailer / tenant satisfaction and delight scores.
- Organize annual huddles to meet key tenant personnel and enhance business relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years ‘experience in retail management, tenant or customer relations, or a similar role. Preferably in a reputed shopping mall complex or five-star hotel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple mall events and meetings.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
