Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage with our audience, and increase brand awareness across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals and target audience.
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage content across platforms to engage and grow our community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the brand voice, messaging, and visuals are consistent.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and industry news.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or others.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with online communities.
- Develop paid social media campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
