We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media platforms, excellent writing and editing skills, and a knack for creating engaging content that aligns with our brand and audience. This role will involve crafting content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and videos, to drive engagement and promote our products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content for blogs, social media posts, videos, product descriptions, newsletters, and more.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- SEO Optimization: Develop SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic and improves search engine rankings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to create content that aligns with overall business strategies and goals.
- Content Strategy: Contribute to content planning, strategy, and ideation sessions, helping to align content with target audience and company objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with recommendations for optimization.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, digital content, and social media best practices to ensure that content is relevant and innovative.
- Brand Voice Maintenance: Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
Skills:
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Video editing skills (preferred).
- Graphic design skills (preferred).
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
