Responsibilities:

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Marketing, Central Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and impactful execution.

- Continuous Improvement: Leverage analytics and insights to refine marketing efforts, improving performance and return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:
- Experience: 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on field marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing within the SaaS industry.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to use data analytics to drive campaign strategy, performance optimization, and ROI.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
- B2B SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and content marketing strategies.
- Strong Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to craft engaging and persuasive messaging tailored to different audience segments, with a proactive and friendly communication style.
