Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Exceed sales targets with strategic approaches.
- Responsible for forecasting demand and inventory planning.
- Establish sustainable relationships with Key Dealers, Modern Trade Partners, Architects and Interior Designers etc.
- Access and analyze market trends and dynamics and competitor behaviors.
- Keep track on Sales and Product mix of Distributors.
- Provide regular training to stakeholders on Product portfolio.
- Provide data driven insights for decision making and align promotions with business goals.
- Collaborate within and outside the team to maximize productivity and achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or a related qualification.
- Min. 5 to 8 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in Appliances sales.
- Having a MBA in Marketing or Business Management would be an added advantage.
- Strong connect with Appliances dealers, modern trade partners and distributors is Preferred
- Strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
