Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst with a keen eye for detail to help manage and process large volumes of reports. The primary responsibility of this role is to download, review, and validate data from various systems to ensure accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive data-related tasks while maintaining high accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Download and organize large volumes of reports from internal systems.
• Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify inconsistencies or errors in reports and flag them for resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain well-organized records of reports and historical data.
• Work closely with different teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and assist in refining report formats.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in data reporting, data entry, or a similar role (internships count).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and formatting).
• Basic understanding of SQL for retrieving data (preferred, not required).
• High attention to detail and ability to spot errors in large datasets.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
