Job Description
Purpose:
- Build and manage a portfolio of partner channel who will be taking the company offerings to new territory/ business segments.
- Assess the potential of the channel partner and ensure the opportunity is maximized for the company to achieve our sales objectives and enhance market penetration
- Foster a collaborative environment that motivates and inspires partners to achieve success.
Strategy:
- Develop and implement channel partner strategies to onboard and enable new partners, including managed service providers (MSPs), Solution Distributors/Resellers, Telcos and System Integrators.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize channel efforts.
- Design and implement partner programs with incentives to drive engagement and sales.
Tactics:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded channel partners to drive sales opportunities, increase deal registrations, and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide training, support, and enablement resources to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively market, sell, and support our cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop go to market campaigns to generate qualified leads through the channel partners.
- Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering, to address partner needs and drive alignment.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee partner contracts, agreements, and rewards to ensure adherence and optimize partner satisfaction, performance and compliance requirements.
- Periodic submission of reports to management on key performance indicators, such as channel avenue results, growth potential and market trends.
Requirements:
- Excel at clear communication, building trust, and negotiating win-win partnerships.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute channel strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM and channel management software for effective program management.
- Experience in the technology/software industry managing partners.
- (Minimum 3 Years).
- Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Having an MBA shall be an added advantage.
- Sales related certificate in information security product/solutions.
