The role focuses on acquiring and promoting sales of company products to existing large enterprise clients. The goal is to increase retention, revenue growth, and service value by leveraging existing business relationships. Achieving sales targets and ensuring high customer support standards are crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Identify Sales Opportunities: Within the existing client base.
• Promote New Business Opportunities: Present solutions to clients.
• Plan Special Sales Activities and Promotions.
• Determine Appropriate Products and Solutions: Based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with Departments: Technical, billing, and credit.
• Ensure Sales Materialization: Account for sales in targets.
• Maintain Customer Relationships: Understand business requirements.
• Achieve Revenue Growth Targets: Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Participate in Planning Activities: Sales forecasting.
• Identify and Recommend Product Improvements.
• Stay Updated: On industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain High Customer Satisfaction.
• Regularly Visit and Meet Customers: Build strong relationships.
• Participate in Critical Customer Meetings: To retain clients.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Marketing (MBA is an added qualification).
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of fixed and mobile services, digital services.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Enterprise Sales, CIM/SLIM certification.
