Job Description
Responsible in developing strategies for improving the brand equity of the company products / brands with the help of the other cross functional departments and driving the sales for both volume and value whilst strengthening brand equity and growing market share.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in managing a portfolio of 2-3 brands.
- Develop strategies of assigned brands in line with the sales & marketing goals to drive the volume/value.
- Drive initiatives to deliver Revenue and Profitability of the Brand/Category.
- Monitor market trends & competitor activities to recognize the consumer behavior, have strong research and analytical skills and develop strategies accordingly.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively to craft brand strategies to communicate the USPs of brands using appropriate media.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency.
- Direct coordination between sales, customer marketing and marketing teams to ensure optimal brand presence and performance.
- Liaise with external agencies, including advertising, PR, and digital agencies, to ensure top-tier execution of marketing activities.
- Managing assigned promotional inventories.
- Strategize and manage the PR and digital plan for the brand.
- Liaising with all agencies to ensure the best is delivered for the brand.
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA.
- CIM preferred.
- Minimum 6 years in marketing out of which at least one year in managerial position.
- Preferred candidate will have FMCG exposure.
- Advertising or research exposure will be an added advantage.
