Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, text extraction and image processing techniques & Natural Language Processing
• Experience in developing machine learning, text extraction and image processing algorithms, and optimizing the existing algorithms.
• Coding experience in Python.
• Experience in products like CUDA toolkit, CuDNN, Theano, Caffe, Torch, OpenCV or similar tools.
• Experience working with Cloud Services AWS, Azure etc.
• Takes ownership of self-professional development
• The desired candidate should be a quick thinker and should have a track record of high performance product development. Additionally, the candidate should be innovative, dedicated and result oriented.
• Research experience is preferred.
• Strong background in Math specially in statistics , modelling and matrices
• Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI/ML projects.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience with non-cloud LLM deployments and architectures.
• Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge communication gaps between various teams.
• Leadership experience with a proven track record of driving successful AI projects.
• Ability to travel frequently (30-40%) to client locations
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles, including design, development, and deployment.
• Build and optimize models in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (e.g., GANs, LLMs).
• Architect and deploy AI/ML solutions for NLP, Computer Vision, and Analytics.
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and deliver solutions.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and implement state-of-the-art technologies.
