Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth in the sports items segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch innovative promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and deliver on revenue targets.
- Manage company Profit and Loss in effective manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing or qualification in CIM / SLIM or any post graduate diploma equal to this.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, out of which minimum 02 years of experience at a managerial level.
- Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry will be an advantage.
