Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders.
- Create documents and send confirmations.
- Handle payments and coordinate with suppliers.
- Track and manage orders.
- Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp.
- Answer customer emails.
- Select the right brands from suppliers.
- Check and update product prices on the website.
- Edit product descriptions, fix mistakes, and update product details.
- Improve SEO settings for better online visibility.
- Keep records and documents for orders.
- Analyze the order process.
- Make backend updates on the website (change prices, update product details).
Requirements:
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
- Experience in e-commerce, website management, or administrative work is a plus but not required.
- Confident PC user, familiar with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good English skills (written and spoken).
- Must work from the office.
