Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate B2B leads through networking, cold-calling and promotional activities to acquire new accounts.
- Develop marketing & communication strategies to plan and venture into existing & new markets.
- Make convincing presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Liaise with the offshore team and clients to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
- Maintain a close relationship with clients during implementation and after on-boarding.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the inbound & outbound tourism industry is a must.
- Sound knowledge in the process of planning, Executing and handling inbound travel Itineraries with a fair understanding of hotel rates, Suppliers.
- Be fluent in English language both written and verbal with excellent communication.
- Be able to work independently.
- Outgoing personality with negotiation and PR skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
