Requirements:
- A recognized Diploma or an HND from a reputed institute.
- A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in an administrative or HR coordination role.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and plan meetings effectively.
- Ability to manage files, databases, and confidential HR records with accuracy and discretion.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Canva.
