Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to carry out execution of strategies that deliver both volume and value targets set.
- Working with the Head of Marketing to ensure all research takes place smoothly as per the stipulated plans.
- Ensure all regular reports are shared on time and with relevant stakeholders.
- Working closely with media agencies to ensure all advertising connects as per the laid out plans (across TV, Radio, Press and Outdoor).
- Working with the customer marketing teams to ensure consumer promotions, shopper visibility and trade level activities are executed as per the plan.
- Monitor & Analyze relevant categories, competition and market trends.
- Track and ensure investments are within plan and are optimized for the best possible return.
- Assist in New Product launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing management or CIM.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed FMCG.
KPIs:
- Brand Volume and Value Targets.
- Market share (or surrogate measures).
- Brand Reach.
- Media KPI’s.
- Timely implementation of plans.
