Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and manage a large team of 80+ sales executives, ensuring performance optimization and motivation.
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Oversee end-to-end sales funnel optimization, ensuring leads are effectively nurtured and converted.
- Strengthen corporate partnerships, travel agent collaborations and direct customer acquisition.
- Track sales performance, set targets and implement data driven decision making.
- Conduct ongoing training programs, workshops and sales coaching to improve team capabilities.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, untapped markets and strategic partnerships.
- Enhance customer engagement through loyalty programs, strong follow-ups and client retention initiatives.
- Negotiation and Competitive Pricing: Ensure profitability and value-driven pricing strategies while closing high-value deals.
- Work with marketing and tech teams to align sales initiatives with Google Ads, Zoho CRM, and AI-driven sales automation tools.
- Contribute to international sales growth, client acquisition and global market expansion effort.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, revenue management and large scale sales force management, preferably in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a large team (50+ sales professionals) with measurable success in achieving sales targets.
- Expertise in B2B and B2C sales, corporate partnerships and customer relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred), sales automation and performance analytics.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, team motivation, objection handling and high-value deal closures.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, digital sales strategies and managing inbound sales teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to scale operations, improve conversion rates and drive profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication and strategic decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related filed (MBA preferred).
