Responsibilities:
- Implement B2B & B2C marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, PPC, social media, email, SMS and WhatsApp to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Identify new international markets, manage high-value global clients and refine strategies through competitor and market research to expand the company's reach.
- Work with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates, develop client retention strategies and execute targeted campaigns for personalized engagement.
- Build and manage affiliate marketing programs with influencers, travel bloggers and referral partners to boost brand exposure and drive sales.
- Optimize brand messaging for different markets to enhance visibility, credibility and customer trust globally.
- Use KPI tracking, A/B testing and data insights to refine marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals while working with external agencies, influencers and business partners to implement innovative campaigns.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing business development or digital strategy, preferably in the travel, hospitality or e-commerce industry.
- Proven expertise in B2B & B2C marketing, including lead generation, acquisition and customer retention.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, PPC, email marketing, SMS marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, managing referral networks and influencer collaborations.
- Strong understanding of global expansion strategies and international client acquisition.
- Knowledge of business development, partnerships and market penetration strategies.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred), marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership, team management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
