Job Description
We're looking to hire a SBU Head - Stationary, who is responsible for driving business growth within a company. He /She develops a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive business plans that align with company goals.
- Analyze competitors, market conditions and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Identify and approach potential clients, distributors and partners to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns, brand awareness and brand visibility campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
- Work with the product development team to identify new product opportunities and improvements to existing products.
- Manage company Profit & Loss in an effective manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, out of which minimum 2 years of experience at a managerial level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Hands on experience working with ERP systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing or qualification in CIM/SLIM or any post graduate diploma equal to this.
- Good in analytical skills.
