Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our ERP, safety and Logistics software solutions within a designated region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the ERP or enterprise software sector, and be adept at driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will lead your team in delivering high-quality campaigns and collaborate with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure the success of initiatives that drive regional business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and growing professionally.
- Identify and address resource gaps, engaging senior leadership as needed.
- Work with senior leadership to implement regional marketing strategies that drive awareness, lead generation, and demand for software solutions in line with company objectives.
- Customize global marketing plans for the specific needs and dynamics of the assigned region, ensuring relevance to local market conditions, regulations, and customer preferences.
- Set clear objectives, budgets, and KPIs to track the success of marketing initiatives within the region.
- Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, webinars, etc.) to generate high-quality B2B leads and nurture prospects.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and effective follow-ups on generated leads, thereby optimizing conversion rates.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Enhance the positioning and messaging of the achieve’s brand in the region, ensuring consistency and alignment with global brand standards.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends, refining messaging and value propositions for local audiences.
- Increase brand awareness and thought leadership in the ERP market through content marketing, public relations, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the creation of high-impact, region-specific content, such as case studies, white papers, blogs, website copy, and social media posts, highlighting the value of ERP solutions.
- Oversee the localization of global marketing assets to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance for the target region.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling, visually appealing materials that resonate with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand the evolving needs of the target audience, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Gather insights from customers and prospects to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for product development or market expansion.
- Monitor regional industry developments and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
- Plan and execute regional marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and workshops, to promote ERP software and build relationships with potential customers.
- Manage event logistics, coordinate with sales teams for on-the-ground activities, and ensure that events align with overall marketing objectives.
- Leverage industry events to network, showcase product features, and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the product team to stay informed about product features, updates, and customer use cases that can be effectively leveraged in marketing campaigns.
- Partner with global marketing teams to share regional insights, contribute to best practices, and align on cross-regional initiatives.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics as necessary to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Provide regular updates and analysis to senior leadership on the impact of marketing activities on revenue generation and customer acquisition.
- Use analytics to measure ROI, website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ERP software, enterprise software solutions, or technology products.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and support sales efforts in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of the ERP market, buyer personas, and industry trends.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with sales, product, and global marketing teams.
- Willingness to travel for regional events, trade shows, and client meetings.
