Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Complete estimates independently for company bids and projects.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Deliver accurate and quality submissions for bids.
• Attention to detail in reviewing tender documentation and making accurate allowances.
• Deliver and manage tenders within tight deadlines.
• Estimating Design and construct tenders.
• Estimating across a number of disciplines including Electrical Construction, Fit-out, and Communications.
• Comply with internal policies and procedures.
• Live the company values.

Requirements:

• Electrical trade, Quantity Surveyor and/or electrical engineering qualifications (essential).
• At least 5 years’ experience in previous estimating position in the electrical industry.
• Experience in using estimating software and spreadsheets (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with a good command in English language.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy over long periods.
• Experience with prioritizing and meeting deadlines with short notice.
• Commitment to work the required hours to complete thorough estimates while meeting deadlines.
