Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as part of our Support Staff - Scanning and Document Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning of documents, uploading to systems.
  • Credit Debit PIN Printing.
  • Handling voucher scanned images uploading and indexing.
  • Performing sample checks of the scanned images.
  • Attending to any scanning/uploading related queries.
  • Attending to cheque book deliveries related queries.
  • Statements returns movements.
  • Third party file uploads & reconciliations.
