Responsibilities:

• Design and Layout: Create digital graphics, print media and branding elements, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
• Content Creation: Design promotional material, social media graphics, and website visuals.
• Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update and maintain design assets to ensure all designs are consistent with the latest trends and best practices.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to understand design requirements, translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs and ensure cohesive messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication approach for different audiences.
• Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with sales, product and global marketing teams.
