Job Description
We are seeking an experienced B2B Demand Generation Specialist to drive the strategic initiatives that attract and convert potential customers to our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with our global sales team to generate interest and engagement in our enterprise software solutions. Their expertise in content creation, lead nurturing, and data analysis will ensure that marketing efforts are both effective and efficient, leading to a steady pipeline of qualified leads. This role will align with marketing and sales teams, optimizing customer acquisition costs and ultimately driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Creating and managing marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive demand.
- Content Direction: Collaborating with internal content experts to develop engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and social media posts, to attract potential customer leads.
- Lead Nurturing: Implementing strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, including email marketing and personalized outreach.
- Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: Analyzing campaign performance and customer data to optimize marketing efforts, improve ROI and provide regular reports to senior leaders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Market Research: Conducting research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Technology Utilization: Using marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and manage leads and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on lead generation and campaign management.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Experience with using marketing automation tools, CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication approach for different audiences.
- Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with sales, product and global marketing teams.
