In this role, you will conduct user research, design user-friendly interfaces, and continuously test and refine our offerings. Collaborating closely with our sales, and development teams, you will ensure a seamless experience that meets the needs of our business clients. Your work will be crucial in reducing user frustration, increasing adoption rates, and enhancing overall satisfaction. In the competitive SaaS market, your expertise will help us stand out by delivering products that not only function well but also delight users, driving customer loyalty and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conducting research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize and test design concepts.
- Usability Testing: Conducting tests to evaluate the usability of the product and identify areas for improvement.
- Information Architecture: Organizing and structuring content in a way that is logical and easy for users to navigate.
- Collaboration: Working closely with sales, global marketing, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design aligns with business goals and technical constraints.
- Continuous Improvement: Iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics to continuously enhance the user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degrees in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in designing user-centred solutions, UX research methodologies and testing activities.
- Proficiency in UX design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication approach for different audiences.
- Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with sales, product and global marketing teams.
- Willingness to travel for regional events, trade shows, and client meetings.
