Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine rounds of assigned zones to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and operational readiness.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor common areas, restrooms, escalators, elevators, and parking spaces for quality standards.
- Perform daily operational audits for assigned zones and document findings.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and mall guidelines across all zones.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues with relevant teams for prompt resolution.
- Maintain customer service register.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and lost-and-found cases.
- Provide assistance to retailers for operational issues or escalate them to management as needed.
- Share information on mall services, promotions, and events with visitors.
- Collaborate with security, housekeeping, and technical teams to maintain the mall’s environment.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for event setups and promotions, ensuring readiness of spaces.
- Assist in emergency situations by following mall safety protocols and ensuring visitor safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mall operations, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per company operations.
