Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through planning and effective forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with key dealers, modern trade partners, architects, and interior designers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and distributor performance to drive growth.
• Conduct product training sessions for partners and stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and collaborate with marketing to align promotions with business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and achieve shared objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Business Management or related qualification
• 2 to 3 years of prior working experience in a similar role
• Strong connect with Appliances dealers, modern trade partners and distributors is Preferred.
• Negotiation, PR skills (including verbal and written communication), and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
