Responsibilities:
- Carry out all administrative duties related to the Showroom (Design Centre).
- Coordinate with the Admin team for maintenance, repairs, and being responsible for upkeep of the Showroom.
- Manage all asset purchases for the showroom and maintain an asset tracker.
- Petty cash management.
- Organize and manage small scale events.
- Coordinate events conducted by Marketing.
- Arrange props for Showroom events with approval from the DC Head.
- Conduct regular checks on company product displays.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for showroom visitors.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database.
Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L / Diploma in Business Management/ Administration.
- Over 02 years of related experience in a similar role.
- Excellent Communication skills in English & Sinhala (Ability to Communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Excellent Inter-personal skills.
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and presentable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Ability to join with immediate effect.
